Extensive international expertise in all areas of organizational development, coupled with a background in psychology and social work, enables Caroline to provide valuable insights into individual and organizational behavior. Caroline works with organizations to improve their leadership and management processes and approaches. She provides consultancy services in such areas as strategic planning, program evaluation, program management and curriculum development.
Caroline joined LEVELheaded in 2000. Seven years later she moved to Washington DC to set up LEVELheaded’s USA office. Since that time, Caroline has worked with a wide variety of clients including: Amnesty International USA, International Fund for Animal Welfare, Oxfam America, Human Rights Watch, Capital Area Food Bank, and Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN). Caroline consistently receives praise for both her approach and the impact of her interventions. Speaking of Caroline’s work with YNPN, Trish Tchume, Executive Director, noted:
“As an individual, Caroline is also a dream to work with. She is warm, creative, smart, highly responsive and efficient. She has done everything from design programs for us to working directly with our constituents to facilitating high-stakes meetings and the experience is always the same. Everyone involved leaves feeling heard and energized.”
Despite living in the US since 2007 and becoming a US Citizen, Caroline is still learning the language and on a daily basis discovers how American English is not the same as English English! However, she does find that her unintentional Briticisms cause much amusement to others.
