As an organisational change/development consultant, he is known for his insight and straight talking to enhance organisational performance. He has a talent for bringing challenging issues to the surface for resolution and enabling people to agree shared goals. For more than a decade, Rodger has enjoyed a world-class reputation for facilitating complex, multi-stakeholder international meetings and processes on behalf of global organisations such as the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Alliance for Water Stewardship. In 2013, the then Director of FSC, Andre de Freitas, commented,
“Rodger’s ability and consistent strong delivery have made him the go to person for independent facilitation of FSC’s complex stakeholder processes.”
Rodger continues to work with FSC’s current Director General, Kim Carstensen, most recently on the development of FSC’s 2016-2021 strategic plan and their upcoming triennial General Assembly meeting.
